The following offerings are structured to hold space for the nuanced and individualized needs that emerge during the process of transformation and integration. At the core of every session is clarity, compassion, and creativity.

Creative Alignment Coaching Package
7 weekly 1:1 coaching sessions
This seven-week container is designed to guide artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs through an intentional shift or transformation in their creative, professional and/or personal lives.
While sessions may look very different depending on individual needs, we will work with a basic structure of:
Rooting in the Present: Clarify the creative vision that ignites your passion and aligns with who you are in this moment
Looking Back: Remember where you’ve been, what has been gained and lost, and honor the journey through celebration and release
Looking Ahead: Cultivate practical steps toward authentic alignment to support creative, life, and business practices
Looking Around: Integrate the wisdom earned through practicing attunement to the whispers of what is emerging
Sliding scale: $750-$1,050
Sowing Seeds Coaching Package
3 individual 1:1 coaching sessions
This package of three sessions is designed to guide individuals to break through limiting thought patterns, clarify their authentic goals, and create the most aligning path toward them. These sessions can be scheduled in three consecutive weeks or over the space of three months as needed.
3 individual 1-hour 1:1 sessions
Personalized guided visioning practices
Follow-up organization, strategy, and communications support
Sliding Scale: $350-$550
Grief to Grace
7 weekly 1:1 coaching sessions
Grief is how we honor the past, celebrate what we gained, release what we lost, and move forward with the wisdom earned. This seven-week container is designed to guide individuals experiencing acute grief from a major loss or change to digest the experience, and to equip them with tools for ongoing management of grief.
Includes:
Weekly practices designed to prompt healthy relating to grief
Ongoing email support to witness the process of grief as it unfolds throughout the 7 weeks
Sliding scale: $750-$1,050
Community Care Coaching Session
Individual 1-hour 1:1 breakthrough session
Reserved for one individual per month who is working as an artist, healer, educator, or community organizer and/or experiencing hardship.
Sliding scale $45-$95
*Sliding scale and community care prices are offered in an effort to make services more accessible. Please reach out to Caroline directly via the CONNECT page to inquire about further scholarships for any of the above offerings for BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ folks.

A Creative Retreat with Caroline Pocock + Gwen Rodgerson
A 3 day weekend retreat designed to connect you with your creative force and inner wisdom, to nourish your senses with the divine beauty of nature, indulge in fall’s abundant harvest through fresh meals cooked with local, seasonal ingredients, and explore art, writing, and subconscious integration.
